The job lands
Someone rings, emails, or sends it through EDI, and it goes in once. Your customer can also put it in themselves through the portal, so it starts already typed.

It rates itself
Consignmate works out the charge off that customer's agreed rates and adds the fuel levy. No looking anything up, and no jobs that quietly go out underdone.

The driver picks it up
It lands on their phone with the run sheet. They sign on glass at delivery, and the proof of delivery and GPS come straight back to the office while they're still at the kerb.

It invoices

How much is it?
$199 a month for your first office user, $69 a month for each one after that, and $29 a month per driver on the mobility app. Carrier and EDI connections are $39 a month each. There's a $900 one-off to set you up. It's month to month, there's no lock-in, and the first 30 days are on us. That's it. Nothing is charged per job, so winning more work doesn't lift your bill.
We're already on a system. Is it worth a look?
Usually, yes. Most operators we talk to are running something. The question isn't whether it works, it's whether it's letting you run at full noise. A lot of transport software out there is older than it looks, barely supported any more, and quietly making your team work around it. If you're waiting on reports nobody can build for you, or chasing support overseas and not hearing back, that isn't you being fussy. That's the system. Customers have come across to us from the bigger names and stayed. Half an hour will tell you whether what you've got is still the right fit for where you're heading. If it is, we'll tell you so.
How long does it take to set up?
Most operators are running inside a couple of weeks. We load your customers, your rates and your fuel levy, and you're going. You've got 30 days on us to run it properly before you pay anything, so you can put real jobs through it and see for yourself.
We're not very technical. Is that a problem?
No. It runs in the browser you already use. There's nothing to install, no server to buy, and no IT person needed. If your team can use email, they can use this. The drivers get an app on the phone they already carry.
Will it work with our accounting?
Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and Reckon are all connected. Invoices go across without anyone re-typing them.
How big do we need to be?
Most of our customers run somewhere between 10 and 100 trucks, but we've got operators well outside that in both directions. Dyers runs 200 to 300 trucks and up to 5,000 jobs daily on it. If you're running a handful of trucks and it's still all on paper, that's usually the point where this pays for itself.
